- You have an excellent degree in business administration and/or communication sciences.
- You have initial practical experience in the areas of marketing/sales, customer centricity, omnichannel marketing and loyalty.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills (in German and English).
- You have strong conceptual and customer-oriented skills and know how to find the right solutions for the customer based on technical requirements.
- You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Social competence as well as a friendly and professional appearance are a matter of course for you.
Your Area of Responsibility
As a Junior Consultant
- You are responsible for researching information and evaluating data and processes.
- You support the development of technical solution concepts and concept papers.
- You are responsible for the preparation and documentation of workshops.
- You support our sales team in the acquisition of new projects by preparing the corresponding offer documents and presentations.
- Together with the entire Envolved team, you will shape the change in the market towards customer-centred corporate management.

As a Junior Consultant, you are an important part of our consulting team, in which you quickly and independently take on challenging projects for top companies in various industries. You will actively work on national and international projects so that you quickly develop and gain relevant experience. If required, we also offer a furnished employee flat in the heart of Munich.
